Every JCINTO piece is made to order. Once you place your order, we begin printing, mounting, and framing your artwork by hand just outside Toronto.

Shipping to the United States

Free shipping on every US order. Typically 7–12 business days door to door — 3–5 business days to make your piece, then 3–7 in transit.

Customs. Our prints are made in Canada and ship under CUSMA. Most orders clear without additional charges, but customs and brokerage fees are set by US authorities and can vary. If you're ever charged something unexpected on delivery, email support@jcinto.com and we'll sort it out with you.

How your piece travels

Every framed print ships insured, in custom protective packaging built for glazed artwork. You'll receive a tracking number the moment your piece leaves the studio.

If anything arrives damaged, we replace it at no cost — see our returns and guarantees.
