Refund policy

Every JCINTO print is made to order and guaranteed for life. If your print ever fades, discolours, or degrades in quality, send us a photo and we'll replace it.

If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@jcinto.com within 72 hours with photos of the packaging and print — we'll send a replacement at no cost. We stand behind every print, unconditionally.

Because each piece is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If you have any questions before purchasing, reach out to us at support@jcinto.com.
