The 30-Day Wall Test

Hang it. Live with it. If it isn't right within 30 days of delivery, email support@jcinto.com with a photo of it on your wall and a line about what's not working.

We'll swap it for another print, or refund you in full. You don't ship anything back.

One claim per customer.

Lifetime guarantee

Every JCINTO print is made to order and guaranteed for life. If your print ever fades, discolours, or degrades in quality, send us a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.

Damaged in transit

Email support@jcinto.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the print. We'll send a replacement at no cost, and there's nothing to return.

Changed your mind before it ships?

Every piece is made to order, so production starts quickly. Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund you in full.

Email support@jcinto.com and we'll answer within one business day. If you're unsure about sizing, ask us. We'd rather help you get it right the first time.
