JCINTO crafts each order uniquely for you, making refunds, returns, and exchanges unfeasible. Changes or cancellations to orders can't be made after 24 hours from the order placement. If products are damaged from shipping, Inertia may choose to restore or replace them at its discretion.

To initiate this process, please:

  • Provide clear photos documenting the damage.
  • Send the photos to support@jcinto.com within 72 hours of the shipper's delivery.
The review takes 30 business days minimum, and replacements depend on availability. We apologize for any damage and inconvenience. We're actively working with our shipping partners to ensure the safe delivery of our delicate products.
