Return Policy
JCINTO crafts each order uniquely for you, making refunds, returns, and exchanges unfeasible. Changes or cancellations to orders can't be made after 24 hours from the order placement. If products are damaged from shipping, Inertia may choose to restore or replace them at its discretion.
To initiate this process, please:
- Provide clear photos documenting the damage.
- Send the photos to support@jcinto.com within 72 hours of the shipper's delivery.
